About Us

Cup of Hope isn't an ordinary coffee shop. Our story began in 2021, right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic — a season when fear, loss, and uncertainty filled the world. While many were forced to close their doors, God speaks to us to open ours with a simple but bold purpose: to bring hope to our city and the people in it.

Our Card of Hope

Hope is something we need to live out every day. These cards of hope are downloaded and written by our team regularly. Every month, we write new words of encouragement on our cards, and we also change the design. The words often show up at just the right moment, and have blessed so many lives.

“You will make it guys, because God carries you. Don't you worry, He is in control.”

For Joy, it was deeply personal. Just five minutes before stepping into Cup of Hope, she had been telling her friends how anxious she felt about an upcoming trip to another city. She was overwhelmed and uncertain. Then came the card with the exact words she needed. At that moment, she felt strengthened. Reminded that God is always one step ahead, and she isn't alone.
