In Cup of Hope we put God as our centre of everything. As we receive His love and grace, we pass on His love by serving people with excellency and give them the same love and grace that we receive. We believe this love and grace will build home and bring hope to the people which ripples and have a lasting impact in this lovely city, Surabaya.

Build Home

People are at the heart of what we do. Our heart is to be a safe space for people who feel lost, broken, and not having a place to belong. This place is a home, where we build a family. Here, they encounter the love of God that heals, restores, and transforms - a place to feel safe, to start over, to dream again.

Bring Hope

In the middle of a world filled with chaos, we have a vision to stand and be a light in the darkness. We know that hope is the answer for that. Hope has the power to reach people's hearts, to restore what's broken, and to transform lives. We're here to share that hope to everyone. In our home, every customer gets a card with a message of encouragement, we call it "Card of Hope". When people walk into this house, they don't just get good coffee, but something deeper. They experience love, healing, and get a brand new hope.

Family Story

From the beginning, we believed that even in the darkest times, light can still break through. And as we journeyed forward, the people who walked through our doors didn't just become our team — they became family.

Our senior manager faced a personal crisis that brought him to his lowest point— where he had to run away from home for years. But through God's grace, his father found him and brought him into our community. After experiencing healing and transformation here, he now shines brightly with purpose to lead and serve others. His two sisters also joined our mission as Hope Changers.

Another brother carries a powerful testimony. For seven years, due to some circumstances, he isolated himself in his room. Yet, when he was brought to Cup of Hope, something shifted. Through grace and support, he slowly blossomed—transforming from a withdrawn young man into a confident leader. Today, he passionately brews delicious coffee as our senior barista, training the next generation to walk in excellence.

Meet the girl behind our lovely Card of Hope. Once felt lost after being unable to continue her studies during Covid. She came with no experience, no confidence, and no clear direction. Yet in this home, she discovered her gifts. Today, she flourishes in our media department, using her talents to share messages of hope and light. What started as a small coffee shop has grown into a place where people encounter love, healing, and the courage to begin again — a place where hope feels real and alive.
